Overview and Purpose
Hours of Operation

Welcome to the Test Center at Harford Community College. The Center, located in Fallston Hall, Room 105, provides a stress-free testing environment for students. New students complete the Academic Skills Assessment in the Center. Educational and Transitional Studies students as well as those in On-Line courses test here. Credit by exam is administered here, and we provide proctoring services  for other colleges and universities. Harford Community is a site for  the ASE, the PRAXIS and the LSAT (We don’t administer the ACT, SAT, GED or the GRE, but we’ll be happy to help you with registration information.)

The Test Center is staffed by the Coordinator for Tutoring and Testing, a full-time Student Development Specialist, Testing Technology, a full-time Administrative Specialist and several part-time testing assistants. Any of the staff will be happy to assist you with your assessment needs. The Center subscribes to the National College Testing Association Professional Standards and Guidelines. The Center is also bound by the privacy restrictions set forth in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
