Randy Stine thought he was just posting a clip for the other alumni of his college a cappella group to enjoy a quirk version of "The 12 Days of Christmas" featuring a little side trip to Toto's "Africa." But eight million YouTube views later, Straight No Chaser was an undeniable sensation. Atlantic Records came calling and the group's "Holiday Spirits" album accompanied many a tree-trimming party last December. This holiday season, experience this 10 man phenomenon...LIVE!

With magnificent scenery, gorgeous costumes, and exquisite dancing, The Nutcracker is a holiday feast for young and old alike. Enjoy the HCC music faculty in their annual concert in the Chesapeake Theater, then stroll over to the Student Center and admire the Fine Arts faculty's annual exhibit of paintings, sculpture, photographs, digital art, and ceramics in the Chesapeake Gallery. Join the HCC Artists in Residence "After Hours" at a reception featuring hot jazz, cool drinks, and tasty treats.

This new musical tells the tale of a friendly witch who strives to cure the ills of her tiny Italian town of Calabria. The town faces real problems when Big Anthony sneaks a peek at Strega Nona's magic book and uses her magical ways for selfish means. When Anthony fools with the magic pasta pot, and can't figure out how to turn it off, pasta threatens to engulf the whole town — unless Strega Nona can save the day. With an energetic and tuneful score, this fantastical tale teaches that witches can be good, and that and you can't judge a pot by its pasta!

Based on the comic strip "Little Orphan Annie" by Harold Gray, this beloved musical follows the 10 year old orphan girl and her dog as she tries to find her parents and escape the horrible Miss Hannigan and the orphanage. Her seemingly hopeless situation changes dramatically when she is selected to spend a short time at the residence of the wealthy industrialist, Oliver Warbucks. The entire family will leave the theater humming such memorable songs as "It's a Hard-Knock Life", "Easy Street", "I Don't Need Anything But You", and "Tomorrow".
